*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee our production operations of a department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. *Duties* * Supervise daily manufacturing activities and ensure production targets are met. * Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality control to ensure compliance with company standards. * Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance their skills and performance. * Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. * Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and resolve any operational issues. * Complete and audit timesheets * Prepare reports on production metrics, including efficiency, waste, and downtime. *Skills* * Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills. * Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment. * Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. * Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on production metrics. * Proficient in problem-solving and conflict resolution techniques. * Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing settings. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. * Strong computer skills Join our team as a Manufacturing Supervisor where you can make a significant impact on our operations while fostering a culture of excellence!
