Our clinic is accepting applications for a full time RDH position. Our clinic has a fun team oriented dynamic with an amazing patient base. The ideal candidate should enjoy communication, professionalism, orthodontics, periodontics, and want a permanent dental home. One year experience and Tracker experience would be ideal. Job Description: 1. Pleasantly greeting patients (using welcome or welcome back) & assisting them to the dental chair. 2. Perform hygiene services, patient education and preventive measures approved by Doctor. 3. Maintain office schedule and appointments with accuracy. 4. Dental charting through Tracker Software. 5. Maintaining operatory stock, supplies inventory, and order list. 6. Maintain public health guidelines for dental office reprocessing and cleanliness. 7. Contributing to team effort. 8. Upholding standards of employee hand book. 9. Work with health and safety officer to ensure all standards are upheld. 10. Liaising with Dr. and Mrs. Wall to ensure the above tasks are completed efficiently. 11. Consulting the Employee handbook for additional detail on workplace expectations. 12. Patient Screening procedures, counseling clients about proper nutrition and impact on oral health. While pay is competitive and the clinic hours are family friendly, the right fit is desired.
