Committed to helping our clients navigate these challenges, our mission at NPC is to assemble the best team to produce fast, efficient pardon and waiver applications. *Responsibilities: *As a Counsellor, you will play a vital role in: * Managing walk-in clients, addressing their requests, and guiding them to the appropriate department. * Conducting data entry of sensitive information. * Performing both ink and digital fingerprinting. * Providing translation services from French to English or vice versa. * Handling inbound calls and assisting with client inquiries. * Demonstrating a deep understanding of our offerings and processes, efficiently managing these tasks as needed. * Undertaking additional responsibilities as required. *Inclusive Hiring:* The National Pardon Centre is an equal opportunity employer, considering all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status. *Qualifications: *To succeed in this role, you should possess: * Bilingual proficiency in both written and spoken French and English. * Detail-oriented approach. * Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges. * Intermediate to advanced data entry skills. * Excellent customer service skills, both vocal and written. * Knowledge of the criminal justice system is an asset but not mandatory. *Job Types:* * Full Time *Wage:* * $19.5- $22 an hour *Benefits:* * Casual dress code * Dental care * Disability insurance * Paid time off *Location:* * Montréal, QC *Education Requirements:* * Bachelor's degree program *Experience:* * Customer service: 2 years (preferred) Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * Dental care * Paid time off * Vision care Schedule: * Monday to Friday * No weekends Work Location: In person- LocationMontréal, QC
