*Overview* We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Welding Supervisor to lead our welding team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for quality craftsmanship. This role involves overseeing welding operations, ensuring safety standards are met, and mentoring team members to achieve excellence in fabrication and assembly. *Responsibilities* * Supervise daily welding operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. * Train and mentor welding staff on best practices, techniques, and the use of various power tools. * Review and interpret schematics to ensure accurate fabrication of components. * Conduct regular inspections of welds and assembled products to maintain high-quality standards. * Ensure the workspace is organized, clean, and safe for all employees. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in welding supervision or a similar role within a manufacturing setting. * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various power tools effectively. * Familiarity with using calipers for precise measurements in fabrication tasks. * Experience in fabricating components from schematics . * Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently is preferred. * Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team development and safety compliance. * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
