*YOUR ROLE*
Reporting to the VP Operations and Product Implementation on our Product Management Team, as a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and success of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, customer success, marketing, and sales, to ensure our products meet customer needs and align with our business goals.
Ultimately, you?ll work with internal teams to build product features that fill gaps in market and increase customer satisfaction.
*Responsibilities*
*Market and Customer Research:*
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.
* Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand needs and pain points.
* Works closely with sales & customer success to promote and identify new opportunities and new product features to implement.
*Product Development:*
* Collaborate with engineering and customer success teams to define and prioritize product features.
* Ensure that the developed features meet requirements
* UAT testing once features are completed
* Create detailed product specifications and user stories.
* Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
* Educate both internal and external stakeholders on our product features and their benefits.
* Create content for user guides, training documentation, to articulate how to use the feature.
*Cross-Functional Collaboration:*
* Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure successful product feature roll out.
* Develop sales enablement materials.
* Train and support internal teams on product features and benefits.
*Performance Tracking and Optimization:*
* Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product feature success.
* Analyze product performance data and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
* Identify and prioritize product enhancements and bug fixes.
*Desired Skills and Experience*
* 5+ years previous work experience as a Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager or similar role in software development
* Experience managing the entire product lifecycle
* Familiarity with market research, consumers? behavior and marketing techniques
* Hands-on experience with web technologies, Word Press and Shopify is a plus
* Knowledge of project management tools, like Jira & Asana
* Strong time management skills
* Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams
