*Job Overview* We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in *VAUGHAN MILLS - $20 per hour + commission*. The ideal candidate will have a passion for medical sales and a strong ability to build relationships with clients. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive sales growth. The Sales Representative will be responsible for fulfilling sales, understanding customer trends, and negotiating contracts to ensure customer satisfaction. *Duties* * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective sales techniques. * Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet those needs. * Conduct medical product demonstrations to potential clients. * Negotiate pricing agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience. * Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to the sales process. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in sales, preferably in medical sales environments. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to analyze customer needs effectively. * Proficiency in Nova or similar CRM software is highly desirable. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. * Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
