\*\*This job requires relocation to the Cayman Islands\*\* Tranel Group Ltd. is looking for a passionate, hard-working and reliable Construction Manager (CM) for Residential and Commercial Construction Projects while attaining project safety, cost, profit, schedule and quality goals. The CM performs and monitors Contract Administrating including RFI?s, Submittals, Technical Documentation, Correspondence, Expediting and Closeout of assigned Contracts/PO?s. *Responsibilities: * · Responsible for the management of multiple high-end residential projects and commercial projects simultaneously as per assignment · Ability to manage contractors and vendors on site and in office · Develop detailed knowledge of Contract Documents, Scope Inclusions, Exclusions, Contract Deliverables · Perform Contract Administration and perform required role pertaining to change management, quality control, planning, scheduling, document control, contractual correspondence, safety and adherence to all contractual requirements · Chair and Minute regular Contract Management Meetings as required · Monitor, assist, and generation of RFI responses as required · Monitor payment applications and invoicing for contractors and vendors through project Closeout. *Years of Experience:* More than 5 years *Qualifications* * Bachelor?s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar field * 5+ Years of Construction Management Experience * Experience with high-end residential projects, multi-family residential projects, and commercial projects * Experience generating and managing budgets, schedules, and contracts for contractors and suppliers * Experience with office management and site management * Experience managing design team and generating value engineering ideas * Knowledge of Cayman Island construction laws and codes * Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation * Experience working as a Construction Manager in the Cayman Islands * Knowledge of AutoCad, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software; knowledge of Buildertrend is preferred * Proven ability to manage teams and meet project deadlines * Time management and ability to multi-task are essential * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to problem solve quickly * Ability to lift heavy items * Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle/transportation to the job site We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
