*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively. *Responsibilities* * Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. * Provide accurate information regarding products and services. * Assist customers with order processing and account management. * Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions. * Upsell additional products or services when appropriate. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry. * Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service. * Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. * Some collection calls *Qualifications* * Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred. * Strong phone etiquette and communication skills in English. * Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions. * Proficient in data entry with attention to detail. * Experience in upselling products or services is advantageous. * Multilingual abilities are highly valued. * A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
