Join our Becker Shoes team today! Our Huntsville location is hiring both Full Time and Part Time Sales Associate. Full Time staff will work up to 40 hours per week and Part Time staff will work up to 24 hours per week. As a Sales Associate and Fit Specialist, you will be required to fit customers of all ages for various types of footwear. You will be responsible for creating a memorable shopping experience for each customer, and as such customer service and retail experience are considered an asset. *The Ideal Candidate will:* * Have the ability to work in a performance-driven sales culture * Full availability Monday to Sunday. * Have the flexibility for varied shifts/work holidays/weekends between 9:00am and 6:00pm. * Thrive in an energetic team setting * Be able to promote, sell and convey insight on various footwear models, brands and technologies to customers * Be able to complete additional daily tasks as required * Be capable of lifting up to 25 pounds, climbing ladders and bending as needed * Have customer service and/or retail sales experience *Why join Becker Shoes:* * Energetic sales team * Fast-paced sales environment * Employee discount program * Flexible hours (some opportunity for more hours) * Comprehensive training in sit & fit methods If you have the flexibility and desire to work in a fast-paced retail environment, then please submit your resume with regards to this advertisement.
