*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled and motivated Computer Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our users, ensuring their systems operate efficiently and effectively. This role requires a strong understanding of various operating systems, software troubleshooting, and customer service skills to resolve issues promptly. *Duties* * Provide desktop support for hardware and software issues across various operating systems, including Windows and Linux. * Troubleshoot software problems and assist users in resolving technical issues related to applications and systems. * Assist users with VPN setup and connectivity issues to ensure secure remote access. * Maintain accurate documentation of all support activities, including problem resolution steps and user interactions. * Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall user experience. * Stay updated on the latest technology trends and best practices in IT support. *Requirements* * Proven experience in desktop support or a similar technical role. * Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and software troubleshooting techniques. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
