*Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their purchases. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, promote products, and drive sales through effective upselling techniques. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for technology sales. *Responsibilities* * Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner. * Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products. * Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience. * Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. * Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor. * Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise. * Demonstrate product knowledge to answer customer inquiries effectively. * Utilize phone etiquette when responding to customer calls or inquiries. * Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance overall performance. *Experience* * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. * Familiarity with technology sales is a plus. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
