DescriptionA professional designation in Certified Property Manager (C.P.M.) or real Property Administrator (R.P.A.) and completion of a two (2) year diploma program in Business Administration or an equivalent program; OR A University degree in Commerce or a related discipline and course work toward a professional designation, C.P.M. or R.P.A. and minimum of three (3) years of Property Management experience Assets: Working knowledge of SAP, Tririga, TACS, Google, Posse. Knowledge of industry, municipal government, corporate structure and interdepartmental relationships Knowledge of modern lease and building maintenance techniques and procedures Knowledge of current and relevant provincial acts and municipal by-laws and regulations pertaining to lease, property and project management Knowledge of provincial and municipal legal requirements regarding lease and building management Skills required- LocationEdmonton, AB
