The successful candidate will provide legal direction, advice and support on a variety of routine and complex electricity regulatory matters including facility applications, interpretation of applicable legislation, rules and regulatory policy. The candidate will also oversee the drafting of application-related materials and act as counsel in regulatory hearings before the Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC or Commission). The successful candidate will be eager to learn and be mentored by senior regulatory counsel, but also comfortable- LocationCalgary, AB
