<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><strong>Overview:</strong><br />Lucas' Lawn & Landscape is seeking a hardworking Landscape Technician to join our team year-round. This role involves landscape maintenance, installations, and seasonal services like snow removal. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in your work, and want to grow your skills, we want to hear from you!</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and weeding.</li><li>Assist with landscape installations, including planting and hardscaping.</li><li>Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment.</li><li>Provide seasonal services such as snow removal and salting.</li><li>Maintain clean, safe job sites and communicate professionally with clients.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Landscaping experience is a plus, but we provide training.</li><li>Ability to work outdoors year-round, nights and in various weather conditions.</li><li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (CDL is a plus).</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.</li></ul><p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong><br />Work with a supportive team, enjoy competitive pay, use top-notch equipment, and feel proud representing a company that gives back.</p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong><br />Monday through Friday May-November.
