As a Service and Parts Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting service and parts operations across multiple dealership locations. This role will involve traveling to various locations to assess performance, implement best practices, provide training, and ensure alignment with Steele Auto Group's standards. With your in-depth knowledge of service and parts operations, you will help drive efficiencies and improve customer satisfaction across our network of dealerships. Wage commensurate with knowledge, skills and experience.Travel Requirements: Up to 50% travel across Steele Auto Group locations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Collaborate with service and parts teams to improve processes, ensure inventory alignment, and meet company standards. Conduct regular site visits to evaluate dealership service and parts operations, identifying areas for improvement. Provide training and development for service and parts frontline staff. Work closely with management to ensure service and parts operations align with overall company goals. Assist with parts inventory management, ensuring optimal stocking levels and availability for service demands. Support the implementation of new processes, technologies, and procedures to enhance department performance. Monitor performance metrics for service and parts teams to ensure consistent results across all locations. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in automotive service or parts operations. Knowledge of dealership service and parts processes. Proven experience in leading and training service and parts teams. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time. Proficiency in PBS (DMS) is strongly recommended. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driver's abstract. Why Steele Auto?
