Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Book appointments. Shampoo customers' hair. Apply bleach, tints, dyes or rinses to colour, frost or streak hair. Apply hair extensions. Clean and style wigs and hair pieces. Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm and style hair. Suggest hair style compatible with client's physical features and preferences. Maintain and order supplies. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks. Attention to detail. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years. Support for newcomers and refugees: Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees . Support for youths: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth. Support for Indigenous people: Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers .- LocationSurrey, BC
