We?re looking for a proactive and customer-focused *Client Relations Specialist* to join our team and be the key point of contact for our valued clients.
*Key Responsibilities*:
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
* Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, addressing issues promptly and professionally.
* Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, and technical support) to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services.
* Assist clients with equipment rentals, scheduling, and troubleshooting basic issues.
* Monitor client accounts, prepare reports, and track project progress to ensure service excellence.
* Actively seek client feedback to improve services and build customer loyalty.
* Support sales efforts by identifying new opportunities and upselling appropriate solutions.
* Maintain accurate client records in company systems, ensuring data integrity.
*Qualifications*:
* Proven experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role (construction or equipment services industry preferred).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution.
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other business tools.
* Knowledge of the construction or concrete equipment industry is a strong asset.
* High attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.30 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
