Core responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to: * Handling of a high volume of phone calls daily * Provide excellent customer service using appropriate communication methods to respond in a timely, helpful and courteous manner * Provide some technical guidance * Data entry and account set up * Working well within a team and cross sharing of responsibilities * Other duties as assigned Applicant must be fluent with email, scanning, and utilizing various web tools. We are looking for an individual with strong networking skills, can handle a high paced work environment, will treat customers with respect, is very well organized, and can work well within a team. *Hours:* This is a full-time permanent position, however due to the seasonality of the business, it has a seasonal shift during the winter months due to the high volume of activity in those months. The seasonal shift is as follows: *May 1st ? November 30th: Monday to Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. * *December 1st ? April 30th: Tuesday to Saturday from 8:00am to 5:00PM* *Salary:* Annual starting salary of $43,000.00 _*Budget Propane is committed to employment diversity, equity, and inclusion.
