Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the creation of architectural designs and technical drawings under the guidance of architects and engineers. Duties: - Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop architectural plans and drawings. - Utilize software such as Revit, AutoCAD, ArchiCad to create detailed designs. - Assist in project management tasks including scheduling and coordination. - Prepare presentations for clients and stakeholders. - Conduct site visits to gather information for projects. - Provide support in building models and prototypes. Experience: - Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, ArchiCad, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). - Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Prior experience in architectural drafting or a related field is preferred. - Knowledge of customer service principles.
