Traits we are looking for: * Finance/Sales Manager or equivalent experience. * Subprime Knowledge is essential. * Proven record of exceeding industry standards for product penetration and $/copy. * High performing, driven individual. * Ability to communicate fast and effectively with the banks, management team and sales dept. * Ability to get contracts funded quickly after signing a client. * Ability to multitask and juggle multiple clients at once. * FCA/Stellantis (Chrysler) Experience a large benefit. * Time management skills. * Team player mentality. * Positive Attitude. * Competitive. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $100,000.00-$200,000.00 per year Additional pay: * Bonus pay * Commission pay Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care Schedule: * 10 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Weekends as needed Ability to commute/relocate: * Nanaimo, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Experience: * automotive finance: 2 years (required) Work Location: In person- LocationNanaimo, BC
