<p>Worker Type:</p>Permanent<p></p><p></p><p>Language(s) Required:</p>English<p></p><p></p><p>Term Duration (in months):</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :</p>$117,887 - $159,495<p></p><p></p>Ag Credit expertise required<br>Analyze and adjudicate loan applications and make recommendations based on credit risk management best practices and FCC policies.<p></p><p></p><p><b><span>What you?ll do:</span></b></p><ul><li>Authorize loans that exceed field staff limits</li><li>Review and analyze source documents and proposals for authorization</li><li>Assess and consistently apply corporate and credit risk policy</li><li>Analyze administration requests such as loan amendments, security amendments and policy exceptions</li><li>Coach and mentor lending staff on the credit culture at FCC</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>What we?re looking for:</span></b></p><ul><li>Strong communicator with a proven ability to build partnerships</li><li>Multi-tasker who can thrive in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Problem-solver with advanced analytical skills</li><li>Good judgment and strong decision-making skills</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>What you?ll need:</span></b></p><ul><li>A bachelor?s degree in business, economics or agriculture and at least five years of experience in commercial lending (or equivalent combination of education and experience)</li><li>An understanding of complex lending and advanced credit analysis</li><li>Knowledge of the agriculture, agribusiness and agri-food industry</li><li>Expertise in commercial lending practices, theories and trends </li></ul>- LocationStratford, ON
