*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and are eager to learn new skills in the construction industry. *Duties* * Assist skilled tradespeople in the construction, repair, and maintenance of buildings and other structures. * Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and cleaning job sites. * Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. * Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment. * Load and unload materials from trucks or storage areas. * Help set up scaffolding, ladders, and other equipment as needed. * Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the duration of the project. *Requirements* * Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required. * Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. * Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). * Knowledge of basic hand tools and power tools is a plus. * Willingness to learn new skills and take on various tasks as needed. * Good communication skills and attention to detail are essential. * Must be able to adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
