*Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to engage customers effectively and promote our products. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service and product knowledge. *Duties* * Identify potential customers, assist with product selection, address inquiries and build relationships. * Make sales pitches and close deals. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing the customer experience. * Maintain an organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displays are visually appealing. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance. * Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. * Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in sales and customer service is required. * Excellent selling, negotiating and communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. * Ability to learn quickly about products and services offered. * Understanding of the retail sales process. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction. This is a base salary plus commission based on experience.
