```Duties:``` - Conduct regular patrols to ensure the security and safety of the premises - Monitor and detect any suspicious activities - Respond and investigate disturbances - Provide assistance and support to customers, employees, and visitors as needed - Enforce property rules and regulations to maintain order and prevent unauthorized access - Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of any incidents or activities ```Qualifications:``` - High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred - Strong observation and surveillance skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations - Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk. - Ability to complete assigned trainings with in the preferred time frames Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $18.50-$21.50 per hour Expected hours: 44 per week Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 10 hour shift * 4 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * On call Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Licence/Certification: * Security Guard Licence (required) Work Location: In person- LocationKenora, ON
