Position Description SUMMARY/PURPOSE: + Ownership of all aspects of contractual agreements related to the management and maintenance of office buildings. + This role involves drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts with vendors and suppliers, overseeing procurement processes, and ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies. + Ensure compliance with all Serco Canada Inc. policies and procedures, including but not limited to Code of Conduct and Ethics, Serco Management System, PDR's, etc. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: + Contract Management : Manage and maintain all contractual agreements, ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies, while monitoring vendor performance and addressing any issues that arise.
