Position: Building Superintendent Location: Craigleith, Ontario Type: Part-Time (15-25 hours per week) Salary: Minimum $30 per hour, negotiable and commensurate with experience. Job Summary: The Building Superintendent will be responsible for the routine maintenance and upkeep of the building's interior and exterior, ensuring that all common areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized, and capable of addressing a range of maintenance tasks. Additionally, the Superintendent will manage communications with external contractors for repairs or services that fall outside the scope of routine maintenance. Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and excellent problem-solving skills.
