Overall Job Purpose: Reporting to the Irrigation & Climate Manager, Irrigation Technicians are responsible for ensuring that all irrigation requirements are followed accordingly while also maintaining proper inventory records, measurements and sanitation of our irrigation system and nutrients. Irrigation Technicians also support all aspects of plant cultivation, including, but not limited to; cloning, trimming, transplanting, and harvesting. This is a hardworking, hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves environment emphasizing a team-oriented and collaborative style. It will be key for the candidate to embrace change and see past obstacles with a focus on solutions in the context of a company undergoing rapid growth and ongoing functional integration.
