We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional *full-time Health and Drug Testing Technician* to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting drug and alcohol testing, supporting occupational health screenings, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role involves interacting with employees and clients, managing sample collections, and maintaining accurate records.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Administer drug and alcohol tests following established protocols and procedures.
* Perform occupational health screenings such as hearing tests, vision tests, respiratory fit tests, and other health assessments as required.
* Maintain accurate and confidential records of all testing and screening results.
* Ensure that all testing equipment is maintained, cleaned, and properly calibrated.
* Follow chain-of-custody procedures to ensure the integrity of collected samples.
* Communicate test results and health screening findings to appropriate stakeholders in a professional and empathetic way.
* Perform administrative tasks such as preparing reports, scheduling appointments, and managing supplies.
*Qualifications:*
*Education*: High school diploma required.
*Experience*: No experience needed. Training is completed onsite.
*Skills:*
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise protocols.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Basic computer skills for data entry and calendar management.
*Physical Requirements*:
* Ability to stand, walk, and lift light equipment or supplies.
* Comfortable working in various environments, including on-site locations and client offices if required on occasion.
*Additional Requirements:*
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for off-site testing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 ? 40 per week
