Strong preference will be given to candidates with experience in in financial reporting. *What?s in it for you?* * Competitive salary 68-74K * Location: Aurora * Hybrid work model * Full-time employment * Health benefits * Paid vacation time * Opportunities for advancement within KTI and the potential for paid travel to work on projects across Canada *Your Responsibilities* * Work closely with financial controller to maintain and administer corporate forecast and budgeting processes * Monitoring results versus budget/forecast and provide thorough analysis and investigation into the variances * Involvement with preparation of monthly consolidated financial results and journal entries * Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for group management review * Capital spending analysis and reporting * Understanding inventory needs, challenges, and opportunities, working with supply chain and operation teams to improve processes * Create and manage monthly and weekly inventory reports * Assessment of control and financial reporting deficiencies, assistance with development of corrective actions * Coordinate and prepare annual information for external auditors * Other Ad-hoc reporting and analysis for senior management * Any other duties which may be assigned to you from time to time by your manager *Who We Are Looking For* * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance * Are currently pursuing or have obtained an accounting designation * 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting * Proficient in Excel * Knowledge of NetSuite ERP system would be an asset * Ability to travel to site locations upon request _KTI Limited is an equal opportunity employer that thrives on a diverse, barrier-free, and inclusive environment welcoming applications from all._ _KTI Limited is committed to providing a barrier-free environment for our employees, customers, job applicants, and visitors who enter our premises, contact us, or access our information.
