<p>We are looking for a rigorous and motivated Assistant Controller to join a dynamic team. You will play a key role in supporting financial operations, working closely with the Controller to ensure the accuracy of financial data, compliance and optimization of accounting processes.</p><p>Do you have experience as an <strong>accounting technician</strong> and want to evolve in the short or medium term? </p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Management of payroll accounts, accounts receivable and payable.</li><li>Complete accounting cycle</li><li>Reconcile accounts and ensure the accuracy of accounting transactions.</li><li>Collaborate in the preparation of management reports and financial analyses.</li><li>Contribute to internal audits</li><li>Support the team in the continuous improvement of accounting processes.</li><li>Ensure compliance of accounting practices with current standards and regulations.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li><strong>Degree:</strong> Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 1 to 3 years in a similar position, preferably in an <strong>SME environment.</strong></li><li><strong>Skills:</strong> Advanced knowledge of Excel</li><li><strong>Languages:</strong> French and English, spoken and written.</li><li><strong>Spanish</strong> would be a plus</li></ul><h3>Skills sought</h3><ul><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.</li><li>Sense of organization and priority management.</li><li>Great rigor and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to analyze and solve problems.</li></ul><h3>Our client offers you:</h3><ul><li>A collaborative and stimulating work environment.</li><li>Hybrid work mode</li><li>Opportunities for continuing training and development professional.</li><li>A full range of benefits and competitive compensation.</li></ul>- LocationJoliette, QC
