Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Construction. Installation. Tasks: Install interior prefabricated products. Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements . Repair and service interior prefabricated products. Determine layout and installation procedures. Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations. Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies. Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment. Utilize hand and power tools. Experience: Experience an asset. Support for persons with disabilities: Provides physical accessibility accommodations (for example: ramps, elevators, etc.). Support for newcomers and refugees: Assists with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: housing, transportation, storage, childcare, winter clothing, etc.). Supports social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: facilitating access to community resources, language training, skills training, etc.). Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees . Support for youths: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
