*Location:* Toronto, Ontario *Company:* Vitality Health Management *Position Type:* Part-Time or Casual *About Us:* Vitality Health Management is a trusted healthcare clinic in Toronto, dedicated to providing patient-centered care. We are seeking an experienced *Nurse Practitioner (NP)* to join our team. This role involves seeing walk-in patients as well as providing family medicine services. Fluency in Chinese is an asset but not required. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality care to our diverse patient population in a supportive and collaborative environment. *Key Responsibilities:* * Provide care for walk-in patients with a range of acute and chronic conditions. * Assess, diagnose, and treat patients in a family medicine setting, including preventative care, health screenings, and ongoing management of chronic diseases. * Collaborate with the clinic?s multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. * Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as appropriate. * Educate patients on health management, preventive care, and wellness strategies. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. * Foster a positive, patient-centered environment to ensure high patient satisfaction and outcomes. *Qualifications:* * Registered Nurse Practitioner (NP) with the *College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)*. * Experience in family medicine and walk-in clinic settings is preferred. * Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team. * Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care. * Fluency in Chinese is an asset but not required. *Why Join Us?* * Flexible part-time or casual hours to fit your lifestyle. * Work in a supportive, multidisciplinary healthcare environment. * Opportunities for professional development and career growth. * Competitive compensation.
