*Company Overview:* Community Impact Property Management Corp (CIPM) is a newly established property management company launched by Community Impact Real Estate Society (CIRES). As a social enterprise and non-profit organization, CIRES cares about community and creating complete neighbourhoods through commercial real estate. CIPM continues this mission by managing a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties aimed at creating positive social impact within our communities. *Position Summary:* We are looking for a dedicated *Property Manager* with 5 to 8 years of experience. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are operated efficiently while aligning with our mission to positively impact the community. *Key Responsibilities:* * Oversee day-to-day operations of commercial properties managed by Community Impact Property Management Corp. * Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations in a timely and cost-effective manner. * Manage tenant relations, including lease negotiations, renewals, and conflict resolution. * Ensure compliance with all local housing regulations and property standards. * Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and operational plans. * Work closely with community organizations to support our social initiatives. *Qualifications:* * Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management. * Property Management License in British Columbia is preferred. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Experience in non-profit or community-focused organizations is an asset. * Ability to work effectively in diverse communities, including the DTES. *Compensation and Benefits:* * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage. * Paid vacation and sick leave. * Opportunities for professional development and continuing education. * A supportive work environment with a focus on community engagement. *Application Process:* Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their experience and interest in the position via email.
