*Overview* We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional shopping experience, assisting customers with their needs, and driving sales through effective upselling techniques. This position requires a blend of retail sales experience and technical knowledge to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. *Responsibilities* * Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner. * Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products. * Demonstrate product features and benefits to enhance customer understanding. * Utilize effective upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. * Process transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring smooth checkout experiences. * Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and arranging displays. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. * Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers. *Skills* * Strong phone etiquette for handling customer calls professionally. * *Fluent in Hindi, English* * Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store order. * Previous experience in retail sales is preferred, with a focus on customer engagement. * Ability to effectively upsell products based on customer needs and preferences. * Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus, enhancing the ability to assist customers with complex products. * Proficient in using POS systems for transaction processing. * Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing change accurately. * Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. * A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service at all times.
