*Overview* We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends and the ability to analyze performance metrics to optimize content. Candidate must be comfortable in a restaurant and kitchen setting for creating content with pictures/videos, must have a reliable smartphone and laptop. Spanish speaker considered an asset *Responsibilities* * Develop and execute social media content plans across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok. * Create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content. * Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner. * Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategies. * Utilize tools for scheduling posts and managing multiple accounts efficiently. * Implement SEO best practices in all social media content to improve visibility and reach. * Collaborate with the team to align social media campaigns with overall advertising efforts. * Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. *Requirements* * Proven experience in social media management * Graphic design skills. * Familiarity with social media management tools. * Knowledge of SEO principles and how they apply to social media content. * Strong research skills with the ability to stay updated on industry trends. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
