To keep up with growing demand, we?re expanding our team of dedicated professionals. We?re looking for a motivated and experienced Subprime/F&I Manager to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have subprime automotive finance experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for success in a fast-paced environment. *Responsibilities:* * Engage customers via phone, email, and text to present financing options. * Assess credit, income, and loan eligibility. * Negotiate with lenders and structure deals. * Ensure smooth finance processing and document collection. * Maintain high customer satisfaction and compliance. *Qualifications:* * 2+ years of subprime sales/finance experience. * Knowledge of automotive financing and credit evaluation. * OMVIC license required. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Proficient in DealerTrack and CRM systems. *Compensation:* * Competitive commissions *Apply Now:* Send your resume today?confidential inquiries welcome!
