Hosts are essential to our business as they are the life and spirit of our restaurants; from directly before a guest enters, throughout their entire experience, all the way up to the moment they leave. *Requirements* * 1-3+ years customer service experience (If you have the potential and less experience, we still want to meet you.) * Providing a world class impression on each and every guest, along with supporting your team in any way you can * Leading our front door to ensure prompt, friendly greeting and seating of each guest * Answering the phone to handle reservations and guest inquiries * Maintain a clean reception area and dining room * Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service * Strong hospitality and guest service orientation * Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is advantageous * A desire to learn and grow through personal and career development * An entrepreneurial mindset.
