First Aid Certificate. Driver's License. Equipment and machinery experience: Reciprocating saws. Concrete saws. Drills. Construction specialization: Industrial, commercial and institutional. Residential. Security and safety: Driving record check (abstract). Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Public transportation is available. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Physically demanding. Tight deadlines. Manual dexterity. Repetitive tasks. Weight handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs). Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots. Gloves. Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills. Flexibility. Reliability. Team player.
