We are currently seeking a *Dental Receptionist and Patient Care Coordinator* for our fast-growing family dental practice. If you excel at providing outstanding customer service in person and over the phone, we want to hear from you. *Responsibilities and Duties* The successful candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality patient care and building long-term positive relationships with patients. Key duties include: * Answering and managing multiple incoming phone calls efficiently. * Responding to patient inquiries via phone and email. * Scheduling and confirming patient appointments. * Retrieving insurance breakdowns and explaining dental coverage to patients. * Processing patient billing, collecting balances, and submitting claims to insurance carriers. * Educating patients on the benefits of proposed dental treatments. * Following up on predeterminations with insurers and patients. * Coordinating treatment plans between general dentists and specialist providers. * Performing additional administrative tasks as needed. *Qualifications and Skills* * *Mandatory:* Previous experience in a dental care setting. * Comprehensive knowledge of dental insurance plans is essential. * Exceptional customer service skills with a cheerful and professional attitude. * Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. _Familiarity with the Tracker Practice Management system is considered an asset._ *Benefits* * Highly competitive compensation. * Opportunities for ongoing training and education. * A supportive and professional team environment. * Room for growth and professional development.
