*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, along with excellent customer service skills. As an Aesthetician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality aesthetic services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients. Your expertise will help clients achieve their beauty goals, and your ability to communicate effectively will enhance their overall experience. *Responsibilities* * Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, waxing, and skin analysis. * Maintain a clean and sanitized work area in compliance with health and safety regulations. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns with professionalism. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments. * Assist at the front desk when needed, including scheduling appointments and managing client records. * Engage in retail sales by promoting skincare products and upselling services to enhance client satisfaction. * Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and aesthetics to provide informed recommendations. *Experience* * Previous experience as an Aesthetician or in a similar role is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Experience in hair styling is a plus but not required. * Familiarity with retail sales techniques, including upselling strategies. * Ability to sanitize tools and maintain cleanliness standards effectively. * Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly to clients.
