Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Direct quality control inspections. Plan and manage the establishment of departmental budget. Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems and methods of work. Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend the replacement of machines. Hire, supervise and train or oversee training of employees in the use of new equipment or production techniques. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Supervision: 5-10 people. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks. Physically demanding. Attention to detail. Hand-eye co-ordination. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Personal suitability: Excellent oral communication. Excellent written communication. Judgement. Organized. Team player. Efficient interpersonal skills.
