We are recognized as a dedicated partner to our international customers, and we distinguish ourselves by our strategic positioning in value creation, innovative solutions and our expertise in robotics.<br><br></p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p>The expert in automation and robotics guides, contributes and participates in the development of the cells of our production plants. Whether through his analytical skills and his desire to succeed together, he will work to develop the vision of automation within the Mi Integration group by integrating the various technologies available such as: artificial vision, robotics, artificial intelligence, etc.</p><ul><li><strong>Leadership in Cost Analysis and Bidding: </strong>Lead cost analysis and proposal development for projects in submission.</li><li><strong>Feasibility Analyses</strong>: Perform Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA) and Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (PFMEA) analyses to assess risks and ensure the reliability of solutions.</li><li><strong>Definition of technical requirements: </strong>Establish specifications and specifications for automated cells, taking into account operational and financial needs.</li><li><strong>Participation in the design and conception of robotic solutions: </strong>Contribute to design reviews of automated cells to ensure their compliance with requirements and standards. Develop innovative robotic operational vision concepts that meet financial objectives and production needs.</li><li><strong>Deployment of automation standards: </strong>Implement and promote automation standards and best practices in the company's various plants. Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 standards and compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) in place.</li><li><strong>Operational support and continuous optimization: </strong>Accompany plants in the start-up and deployment of new automation projects, acting as technical support.
