We are currently looking for an energetic, responsible, friendly individual who can help us make EDO JAPAN in Regina. We are looking for a team member who will be available for 15-40 hrs a week with weekend, days and evening shifts. Job Duties will include:-Food Prep-Cooking on Stove top and Wok's-Cleaning-Cashier-Inventory control-Provide excellent customer serviceetc... The ability to work independently and as a team member is a must! Skills And AbilitiesWork Setting - Fast foodType of Equipment - Cash register - Deep fryerDishwashing Skills - Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand - Scour pots and pansSecurity and Safety - BondableEssential Skills - Significant use of memory - Continuous learning - Computer use - Job task planning and organizing - Critical thinking - Decision making - Problem solving - Working with others - Oral communication - Writing - Reading textKitchen Helping Skills - Sweep and mop floors - Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment - Handle and store cleaning products - Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas - Remove kitchen garbage and trash - Sharpen kitchen knives - Wash, peel and cut vegetables Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.) - Food Safe Certificate - Not requiredCounter Attendant and Food Preparer Skills - Prepare, heat and finish simple food items - Keep records of the quantities of food used - Package take-out food - Portion and wrap foods - Stock refrigerators and salad bars - Take customers' orders - Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs- LocationRegina, SK
