*Overview* We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive shopping experience. You will engage with customers, assist them in finding products, and contribute to achieving sales goals. If you have a passion for retail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! *Duties* * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. * Provide knowledgeable information about products and services to enhance customer experience. * Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including handling cash and credit card payments. * Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is well-displayed. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. * Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and promote store initiatives. * Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and store policies. * Assist with inventory management tasks such as restocking shelves and conducting stock counts. *Qualifications* * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers. * Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. * Excellent organizational skills to manage time effectively in a busy retail environment. * Experience with POS systems or cashiering preferred. * Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is a plus. * Multilingual abilities are highly desirable for enhancing customer interactions. * A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
