As a valuable member of CustomAir, the inside sales position will be responsible for a range of tasks, including but not limited to; * Answering the phone and communicating with customers * Communicating with the sales team * Taking customer requests via telephone and email * Following-up with customers and potential customers * Inputting data into a CRM * Preparing and following up on submitted quotations * Dealing with account issues * Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services * Following strategies to achieve sales objectives The ideal candidate will have a willingness to be a team player as well as work independently with limited direction. HVAC knowledge is strongly recommended, although we are willing to train the right person with a passion to learn the industry.
