<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><strong>OVERVIEW:</strong> This position is responsible for building, maintaining relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales across Canada. This includes managing and directing the sales team for Outside Sales and Parts and Service. The Manager will formulate, recommend and implement sales strategies, sales calls, and development of the Customers both Dealer networks and end users, being fleets or Owner Operators. The key outcomes for this position is to increase overall Canadian sales, develop key relationships with Dealers and Fleets so that Load Covering Solutions becomes their go-to supplier for Tarping Systems. This position will complete Cold-Calls and will be required to travel across Canada/Ontario to make sales calls and meet with Customers. </p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS: </strong>7-10 Years of Truck/Trailer related sales experience; Competent at using O-365 tools such as email, scheduling, word and excel. Proficient at using CRM - Customer Relationship Databases to schedule calls, engage with prospects etc. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be physically fit to climb on and off trailers. Exceptional customer service attitude. Demonstrated initiative and sales ability with past performance record. Must have an existing network of <span class="long-word">trucking/transportation</span> related contacts. Working knowledge of Hubspot is preferred. Must be powerful at closing deals with the prospect. Must have a professional demeanor and appearance. Strong working knowledge of how to overcome and handle objections, be capable to educating the purchaser on the Features and Benefits of our product over the competitors. Must be able to manage and motivate people and excel as a team player. </p><p><strong><span class="long-word">Responsibilities/Duties:</span></strong></p><ul><li>Make cold-Calls to ensure continual opportunities for Business Growth</li><li>Present new products/services to prospects and customers with key features, advantages and benefits</li><li>Set and achieve sales targets and growth projections for product lines across Canada</li><li>Follow up on all leads and quotes in a timely manner before decision is made to purchase</li><li>Develop network of customers for our products and develop a relationship so that we are contacted for all opportunities</li><li>Manages Sales and Service/Repair staff and initiate work objectives, find mechanisms to motivate their performance. </li><li>Obtain technical order details from customers and ensure accuracy of information for transfer to production; complete all specification documentation for order; answer any technical specification questions on the order that arise from Engineering</li><li>Ongoing communication with Customer about trailer delivery timelines, production timelines and expected delivery timelines. </li><li>Ensure all Customer Financial information is obtained for Credit checks and payment processing</li><li>Prepare all quotations and provide to customer</li><li>Maintain accurate records for sales, quotes, and communications with prospects or customers in Hubspot</li><li>Attend trade shows and networking events as required. </li></ul></div>Company Description<div>Load Covering Solutions is an industry leader with ongoing product innovation as a Custom Shop.
