We are proudly 100% Canadian owned and operated.* _*We are seeking a Welder to join our team today!*_ _*The hours would be 7:00AM-4:00PM, Monday to Friday with a total of 42.5/ hours per week. There is a safety boot allowance and health benefits after passing probation. Group RRSPS are eligible after a continuous year of employment.*_ The Welder will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and equipment through the use of welders, cutters, shapers, and measuring tools. The ideal candidate should be proficient in reading blueprints and schematics to determine work specifications. *\*\*Duties:\*\** - Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques. - Fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment. - Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute work accurately. - Utilize hand tools, calipers, plasma cutting equipment, and other machinery as needed. - Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet standards. - Operate forklifts for material handling when required. *\*\*Requirements:\*\* * - Proven experience as a Welder or similar role. - Proficiency in MIG welding techniques. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. - Experience with ductwork fabrication is a plus. - Familiarity with machining processes is advantageous. - Strong knowledge of hand tools and measuring instruments. - Excellent attention to detail and precision in work. - Certification in welding is preferred but not required.
