*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our patients while ensuring a smooth and efficient operation within the dental office. This position requires a friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. *Duties* * Assist the dentist during various procedures, including examinations, cleanings, and treatments. * Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment to maintain a safe and hygienic environment. * Take digital dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed. * Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. * Manage patient records, including updating medical histories and treatment plans using software specially Tracker . * Schedule appointments and handle patient inquiries with professionalism. * Support pediatric patients with care tailored to their needs, ensuring a comfortable experience. * Collaborate with orthodontic procedures. * Maintain inventory of dental supplies and place orders as required. *Requirements* * Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or relevant role is preferred. * Familiarity with dental software (Tracker) is an advantage. * Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry is beneficial. * Experience in pediatrics or orthodontics is highly desirable. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Certification in Dental Assisting or equivalent training is required. * Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on industry trends.
