*Purpose*
As an Accountant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our monthly financial reporting. You will be hands-on with full cycle accounting and identifying key insights and improvements.
*Duties and Responsibilities*
· Record transactions and prepare financial records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
· Analyze financial statements and reports, to identify trends and discrepancies.
· Assist with preparing Year-End Reports.
· Assist with the implementation of a new ERP system by entering and validating data.
· Provide support to the team with ad hoc tasks.

*Skills*
· Diploma or degree in Accounting.
· Intermediate Excel skills: data mining, complex formulas, pivot tables, and automation.
· Experience with Great Plains is an asset.
· Proven experience as an Accountant, with minimum 5 years of experience required.
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
· Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
*Schedule*
- Monday to Friday, in office, 8:30am - 5:00pm
