*MTE Logistix Group of Companies* is looking for a highly motivated *Customer Service Representative (CSR)* to join our team at our *Active Warehousing *division. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this exciting opportunity is responsible to perform administrative and specific order functions, ensuring daily success with transactions in a timely and accurate manner. Through effectively and efficiently managing priorities, the CSR is a key contributor to the achievement of the department?s operational deliverables.

*Location: *A7 Warehouse - 11208 189 Street NW, Edmonton, AB T5S 2V6.
*Schedule: *8:00 AM ? 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Occasional overtime is required as per operational needs.
*Wage: *$21.00 per hour.

*Responsibilities*
* Maintain client and develop relationships in a positive manner relaying all client-specific information on volumes, trends, extended service opportunities, growing needs, and changes, to management attention.
* Ensure client orders are processed in warehouse management system and/or client computer system in a timely fashion, keeping to all required deadlines.
* Print orders onto Packing Slips and/or BOLs for warehouse picking, packing, and shipping purposes, performing all order entry functions to a target 100% accuracy goal.
* Communicate and coordinate with CSM and warehouse supervisors on rush orders and arrival of product.
* Review all orders received back from the warehouse and confirm all orders as shipped, ensuring all accessorial charges are captured.
* Review incoming receipts for accuracy and compliance to vendor packing slips and investigate/report any variances.
* Coordinate the shipment, attend to drivers and book inbound/outbound appointments.
* Report all accidents, damages, errors, and client complaints to the CSM in a timely manner.
* Ensure appropriate documentation is coordinated for inventory cycle counts and wall-to-wall counts, adjusting client inventory, as necessary.
* Invoice clients for extra billable charges and ensure all revenue areas are covered.
* Provide monthly invoice summaries and monthly reports as requested from the client.
* Advise CSM when new client specific SKUs are received, for set-up in Maves.
* Maintain transactional records of all inbound receiving, outbound orders, and other internal transactions including adjustments and location moves.
* Perform other duties as required.
*Qualifications*
*Must-Have*
* Minimum of 1-2 years Customer Service Representative experience.
* Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of tools (Word, Excel) and other databases and spreadsheet applications.
* High levels of accuracy with regards to typing, data entry and transfer, and order entry.
* Focused attention when working with file management to keep accurate, up-to-date, and organized files.
